Kerby Skurat & Cristina Edelstein were FANTASTIC to work with! They were very accessible, flexible, and highly knowledgeable about our area and price point. Their goal and desire was to get us into the perfect house for us, and they did! After submitting our offer, they followed up daily with the seller's realtor and kept the ball rolling on the buying process. They've made a typically stressful process fun and enjoyable for us. We'd highly recommend them to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

Kerby helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Willard Hay. He guided us through the entire process and helped us get a killer deal on our first house. We were working with some unique mortgages and he helped us navigate everything. Super responsive and easy to work with. When we go to sell our home we will certainly use Kerby and Kristina.

Kerby was great, he did everything I asked and more. He showed me so many places and always showed up with warm/friendly smile on his face. Kerby helped me in 2008 and 2009 as I was looking to purchase my first home. During our first meeting, we were able to identify the areas of the Twin Cities I was looking at and what price range was reasonable. We looked at more than 10 homes during the process, and Kerby was a great guide and resource. My girlfriend is also using Kerby's services as she is selling her home. I would recommend Kerby to anyone, he is very professional and responsive. I plan to use him in the future for my real estate needs!
