Kerby and Cristina were very professional and had great marketing skills in this buyers' market. They guided us through the selling process from beginning to end. Their weekly market report updates and fast responses to our queries allowed us to make timely decisions throughout our selling process.
Kerby has a great understanding of the area and was a very valuable resource to us in all aspects of our search and purchase. He was always available and we would highly recommend him to anyone!

This was the first time i bought a house. I had finalised the place and needed a realtor to close the deal. So i had no knowledge of what to expect. She was super responsive and extremely helpful. Very poor experience. Not proactive, greatly overvalued our home causing it to sit on the market until we released them of their responsibilities. It then sold im 2 weeks. Their solution was always to reduce the price or pay to have something fixed/added.

I never felt that this group was actually working for me from the beginning. Before you decide to sell with them you get a huge presentation about how they market and the volume they sell each year. I would classify them as an “internet marketing team” more than a real estate team. They were a partner in selling my home, but I felt like I had to hold them to task on what needed to be done and I had to follow up with them to make sure everything was ready to go.
