We loved working with Gaby! We met Gaby on a whim looking at one home we were interested in and it turned into a 4 month, multi-offer search until we found the right home. Throughout the process Gaby was there for whatever we needed. She was quick to get us to see houses, suggested other possibilities, and supported us in all our decisions. This was my second time buying a home in the past 3 years and I knew when I was buying my second home, I had to work with Dylan (through Kirby and Christina) again. He was on top of everything and super quick to respond to any question! When our first buyer fell threw he was super fast to help us get new showings and an open house scheduled And a new buyer lined up. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new home!

Bill helped me get a deal on a house during the crazy housing market of 2021. His negotiation skills are very good, and knew when and when not to ask for items found during my inspection. His ability to communicate was fantastic, answering texts and calls week nights and weekends, and letting me know when an email was sent that needed attention. We decided to use David Lee with Kerby and Cristina. David was very responsive, helpful and did everything needed to keep the house on track. He checked in often enough making sure that there were no questions or concerns. We were out of town and David was willing and able to take care of things at the house, making sure there were no delay's getting the house on the market. Sean helped us as first time homebuyers with purchasing a home while living out of state solely through video walkthroughs. He was extremely patient and understanding of all of our questions. He noticed the small details that might need to be fixed that we were unable to see through FaceTime calls. As a first time home buyer, especially bring younger, and in this market, I was extremely nervous about the home buying process. It’s intimidating, jargon filled language, and financially a huge commitment. From the first time Andrew and I met, he eased all my worries and then some.
