Justin was very helpful and patient throughout the buying process. He took time to understand my needs and wants, used his expertise to look at the market and make proper suggestions. Also was knowledgeable about right time to buy given intense buying pressures. Found me the right home and was able to negotiate the right price during that time. Was also knowledgeable about the house in general and gave me a heads up about updates that the property would require and advised me to include that within my budget.

Jay was amazing! It only took us a week to find a property and have an offer accepted. He always answered messages quickly and was willing to set up viewings fast. He followed up with us throughout the entire process and made sure we didn’t have any questions.
