For starters, I did some research before looking for a home and realtor in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro. A long distance move takes a lot of communication and coordination. Allie was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was a first time home buyer and she really took the time to guide me through the process. She is extremely knowledgeable, has the quickest response time, and most importantly she helped me get my dream house for less than asking.
We chose Allie to help us sell our aunt's house. Allie gave us information/suggestions to get the most out of the house. She kept us informed and up to date with what was happening. Shanna was an excellent realtor for us. She walked us through the homebuying process via Skype before our first showing and was able to provide helpful insight into the area. We set up a customized home search that was way more refined than what we had created on our own. She was responsive and got us into a showing at a moment's notice. They helped walk me through each step of the way. I’ve never bought a house Alone before and had much anxiety. My agent Dylan Welter made it go very smoothly.Additionally I was 2000 miles away so everything was done virtually and remotely and it still went well.
