Moving is hard, but Sean and his team did a great job of making the process of selling a home easy. Sean provided a detailed market analysis, guidance on how best to stage our home, and a plan for us to get the highest offer we could. He also helped us break down differences in offers and negotiate to get us an offer that best aligned with our goals. I would recommend working with Sean to anyone who needs a realtor they can trust and who will work hard on their behalf. (he also has a cute kid!)

Super responsive and helpful, knew right where the market price of homes was. For someone who hasn't purchased a home before, he was happy to explain the process and answer any questions. When offering we were generally in the top few bids. We made a bid every week and lost four to five before winning one. Definitely kept us right on the cusp of winning but not overpaying with the offers.

We sold our home with Sarah Doll and couldn't be more pleased. We ended up with many offers to chose from and Sarah was key in choosing which offer to take. Sarah also helped us find our new house. She was very patient as for us it was a long process. Thank you Sarah for everything!

Dylan was amazing during my search for my new home. He was always available anytime I had even the simplest questions. Dylan made me feel like he was taking care of family when he worked with me. I always felt that he would steer me in the right direction and talk me off the ledge if I began to panic! As a first time home buyer, there’s a lot of information to take in. Nikki is without a doubt the most helpful helpful agent. She walked me through everything, took her time to help me understand everything etc.. she’s an absolutely wonderful person all the way around and you’d be lucky to have her as your agent..
