As first time home buyers, my partner and I were very nervous about finding the right agent as we knew we would have a lot of questions. Machela was recommended to us by a mutual friend, we met up with her at a coffee shop and both my partner and I decided she was the right agent for us. Machela was very understanding and willing to help & answer all of our questions/concerns. We loved working with her!

Rachel Smith is very good at what she does and an excellent negotiator. She was always available for us even when she was on vacation. Rachel had our best interests in mind. She was a joy to work with, you should give her a pay raise. We would highly recommend Rachel.

My realtor did a wonderland job. He knew my needs and even though we didn’t get my perfect area, he got me close and all the amenities/features I was looking for. He even backed up my choice that is the right place for me! We had some setbacks throughout the process in things he doesn’t really see, but he handled them very well and worked hard to get me in a place by my deadline. Setbacks were no issue for him!! Thank you so much to the team and all the hard work!!

Eric and the team did great job in planning, providing advice on preparation etc. Although our first agreement did not work out, there were backup offers and the house sold quickly. We had a wonderful experience selling our house.
