Bonnie helped us sell our previous home and purchase our new construction home. She was with us every step of the way! Buying and selling a home was such an emotional rollercoaster but, Bonnie put us at ease. We really enjoyed working with Bonnie.
As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the home buying process. After meeting Chia, she was able to answer all my questions and create a plan for me. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I will recommend Chia to all my friends and family.
Allie was recommended to me by a co-worker who had recently purchased a home with Allie's help. I definitely loved working with her on this new journey that we took on. She was extremely nice and helped us find the right home at the right location and at the right price. If I would have to do this again, I would for sure go back to Allie.
Bill helped us purchase our first home in Minneapolis area. As first time home buyers we were unsure what to expect. Bill was great at educating us along the way and pointing out things that we had never thought of. Whenever we had a question or needed something he responded very quickly with insightful comments. Bill is great, he made us feel very comfortable and NEVER pressured us or talked us into anything we were not comfortable with. His team is very respectful and professional. In the future when/if I am selling/buying a home I will be contacting him again.
From the start, Rachel was organized and helpful. She informed about the process with Kerby and Cristina and once my house was listed, she was responsive to questions and provided well-informed and thoughtful advice regarding the offer received. I had a great experience working with Patrick Toohey. Being a first time home buyer, I found Patrick did an exceptional job of guiding us through the whole process in a very easy and smooth manner. He was extremely responsive and respectful and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a truly professional realtor. He has also been helpful after closing and we have found that he is truly committed to making the whole home buying process an enjoyable experience both before and after closing.
