Theo did an amazing job selling our townhouse the weekend it listed for more than asking price! Couldn't have gone better!! He also not only FOUND a prelisting home for us in our neighborhood that almost everything we wanted, but also helped us negotiate a 203k rehab loan for this property while it was mid-rehab. I had no idea how many houses I had to look at. I didn't know anything about the process with the inspection and request for repairs or what. Sarah Brown was EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME. Theo was extremely timely in his responses, always easy to reach. He helped us negotiate and asked a lot of questions for us when we weren’t sure what to be asking. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve worked with other agents in the past but he has been the best and by far exceeded our expectations!
