Allie responded to all of our questions quickly. She anticipated our needs and suggested properties to look at. She very quickly got us into properties we inquired about. She organized many showings for us. After we made an offer, she was a great advocate for us in a difficult negotiating process.
Christian was very helpful in the home buying process and was able to guide two newcomers through the home buying process. He was able to help my fiance and I fulfill our ambitious goals and work within a short time frame to successfully navigate the real estate market. Christian's background in construction was an especially important tool to lean on in managing expectations when concerns about renovations arose, as well as with determining the condition of various aspects of each property we viewed.
Easy to work with and very responsive. Also, provided us with great tools which helped greatly with our search. Our kids enjoyed having Christian show us homes as well. The over all process was quick and painless. We ended up finding a new home much faster than we anticipated.
Allie is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly...she was alway available to answer questions and provide feedbacks in a timely manner.
Eric is easy to work with and very responsive. Our home was sold within a week. The team was helpful with staging, photos and listing. The documents were all electronic and easy to go through.
My experience with Kerby & Christina Realty was better than expected. The journey itself on finding the perfect house was not easy but the agent we were assigned to - Patrick Toohey - help us tremendously. There were some communication issues with the first house we wanted to bid on in which a document that was signed electronically and sent back did not make it to the seller's leasing agent.. Rachel is phenomenal! She listened to the wants and needs for our family of four, and she was patient when it came to finding our new home and selling of the one we lived in. She was (and still is) available for any questions and concerns with both buying and selling and always responded quickly! She also quickly communicated any changes or updates with us through the whole process. Rachel was great to work with!
Sarah is very patient and responsive. Selling a home can be stressful and she took all of the seller anxiety and jitters in stride. Sarah moved the process forward efficiently and effectively. She understood and listened to our needs, expectations and objectives.
Theo was a great resource of knowledge and advice on the approach to market our home. He was very methodical and patient explaining details.
