During A recent cleaning visit my regular hygienist was out (Kathy) and I had a young lady who I understand was a temp/fill in for the day. I felt like I was at a training facility. The xray was painful and the cleaning was messy, the suction pulled on my mouth and I could have used a raincoat for the water all over me. I was happy to have it over even though I was sure my teeth werent as clean as Kathy gets them. I was just happy to have it over with!!
Was taken 20 minutes late for my appointment. Lately every time I go to the Pinehills office I wait 15 to 20 minutes extra and it's really aggravating. They need to work on staying more on time. Otherwise the dental assistant I had was very pleasant and besides the wait it was a fine experience.
