Kevin went above and beyond with this project. Ive still yet to figure out when he sleeps, he worked around my schedule of late evenings to work on answering questions. Worked thru underwriting blind siding us at one point and still made it happen thru tenacity. Patient even with my grumpiness. And a huge shout out to Martin and John for their help and patience.
Information on loan process was sporadic, follow up on assistance personnel was confusing. Upfront fees/cost should be more transparent and as the loan progresses, lender should explain to borrower every snag or potential issue as soon as possible. Also, explain funding process and timely payment of all agreed accounts to be paid off is extremely important. All delays should be notified to the customer in real time, not in days.
