Despite absurd demands by 21st Mortgage, Kyle really busted his ass to make sure that my loan closed on time with another mortgage company. 21st Mortgage sucks! Kyle is amazing!
There are lots of mistakes and issues that I had to go through during both of the transactions. I have been investing in Arizona real estate for the last 13 years. Never had to go through what I went through this time. I purchased 2 homes at the same time, so was thinking things would be prioritized. But unfortunately, that didn't happen.
