The entire time I was closing I was having to calling people to try to make sure they were doing their job. Especially when it came time for closing they were not calling the title company so I was forced to call them. If you want to wait on closing on and be left out to dry when it comes to knowing how much down payment you are required to put down and them constantly changing dates on you then use this company. Otherwise use someone else I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Except Kyle every other person involved in this process are irresponsible. Including his assistant Lindsay . She is total irresponsible

We had to resubmit a lot of the same information more then once. We were not informed prior to closing the amount closing cost were going to be or how we needed to pay for the closing cost because of this my daughter and her husband had to wait until the next monday to get into thier house. The whole process was not handled very professionally.

I feel there was a lot of non communication between title and you. And last minute paper request which feels like your department was very unorganized. I felt the title company was very unorganized also! I do feel all the people I dealt with were so very nice and also very helpful with all my questions. The end of process was so very frustrating!
