If I could give less than 1 star I would. Kyle may know his stuff but he needs help on the customer service department. Kyle will tell you what you wanna hear. He will say one thing then later will say he never said anything. When it come to contacting him he starts out good but give it a week or two and that starts to fade away and soon he's unreachable. Worst mortgage experience ever. Zero stars.
I was very disappointed with Kyle and AP Mortgage. I felt like he never took ownership when something wasn't correct. I felt his communication was very poor. A few times he told me one thing on the phone and either didn't do it or did something different and I found out from someone else. I found out the first house I put in an offer on I lost because of what Kyle said and put for the finance section. I would not recommend AP Mortgage. The communication was horrible!!!!! It took me forever to get a CLEAR answer! I was given incorrect information on ways to pay for my down payment. I Do NOT recommend at all!!!! This almost ruined my first home buying experience, but the title place and realtor were AMAZING! This was awful awful awful!!!

Started our Loan with Rocket Mortgage and had a bad experience. Switched to Kyle at American Pacific Mortgage and had an amazing experience! Very Professional and consistent.Kyle and his staff Kept us updated regularly and more importantly, Kept their word. We closed on time and only regret I have is we didn’t start with Kyle.
