Ok, there were times I would of rather talked to someone or be able to talk instead of leaving a message. And getting reply in a email Also, it would have been nice to have a timeline stating when things were due to be sent to you. Communicate better. Should not have to call 4 or 5 times after someone says they will call you. Even bad news is better than silence
Helped us every step of the way. Always returned phone calls when we had a question. And we had many.
1) Kyle rarely kept I. Touch with us and we had no idea where we were at in the process of refinancing. 2 different times he told us it was the month that we would not have a mortgage payment. He was wrong both times. 2) I keep getting no TV weed by so many damn emails to rate this place.... that I give it one star just for the annoyance.
