My process was easy. All my questions were answered timely. I received exactly what I needed, and the mortgage payments didn’t cost me any more than I have already been paying. Just Awesome! I was kept informed the whole time with step by step instructions! I really appreciated the online form signing process and to top it off my wife and I made a friend with the notary that went through the signing with us!

As an agent, communication from the Lender is so key. Even though we had a minor delay, it was communicated promptly and Kevin went the extra mile to make sure the seller felt comfortable that we were indeed going to close so we could get the short extension needed.. It was a complicated transaction but he kept us informed all along the way and we never felt uncertain. My client loves her new home! Thank You Kevin!
