I found the experience and the Vandyke team to be pleasant and professional. Recommendations and instructions from Mr. Marks on down were clear and precise and they delivered on time. As an agent, communication from the Lender is so key. Even though we had a minor delay, it was communicated promptly and Kevin went the extra mile to make sure the seller felt comfortable that we were indeed going to close so we could get the short extension needed..
