Working with Kevin Nelson & his team was great! My only criticism is an overall comment - Closer to closing, all team members should provide clear communication with client about final steps & a confirmation everything is done / ready for closing. Toward the end, I kept getting nervous about wether or not more steps would be needed to finalize. An message like "these are our last 2 steps" or "this was our final task" would have been reassuring.
