The process was easy. Using the "Rate" website had it issues. I forgot my password and it was quite painful to get my account unlocked. It took several days and multiple phone call for something that shouldn't be difficult. Also, I submitted "Tasks" that were assigned to us and I would get emails (sometimes multiple after re-sending the info needed) from people requesting the information I had already submitted. Very annoying. Despite this everyone was very friendly and professional.
