Kim was awesome to work with and was very direct in addressing all of our concerns when Deciding which lender to go with for our first home purchase. Her and her team were very communicative throughout the process and we had no issues closing on time. This is our second time working with Kim this year. There are obviously a lot of folks we could choose to work with for a refi and lord knows they have all called, emailed, or sent me junk mail. Kim was amazing! There are two things I can suggest, based from our experience, that would have made the process better: 1. Better communication between the Lender and the Title Company. When we showed up for our closing appointment, the Title told us that someone from the Lender company should have contacted us ahead of time to know the closing costs and what to expect.
