This was a commoditized transaction where Kim did her part to push me through the Omaha mortgage machine. Nothing much she had to do, except answer or not answer the occasional question from me. She didn't do a bad job.

From the beginning we felt pushed to get through the process. When your application system was recording bad data (meaning, not what we typed) we were pushed to sign off anyway so things could progress. Then as it progressed, if ANYONE had told us in advance that we HAD to sign papers on Friday, May 23, (or even explain why Fri the 23rd was a likely date) we could have accomodated you up until the 18th (due to when the hotel would allow us to change dates) - but we didn't find out until May 21. When we were coordinating your closing, I simply stated that by not closing on the 23rd, your mortgage pay off wouldn't reach your servicer provider by the time your next payment was due. Kin was very nice and communicative, but we encountered some changes in our rate and errors that slipped into our disclosures that made us feel pretty anxious about the final amounts (the titla costs jumped from 1.6k to 4.6k in the second disclosure). In the end, the interest rate was very good, even though we did not get the discount we discussed initially. My rating is more for the process itself that was anxiety inducing, but in the end we were really pleased with the spped of approving the loan and the final product.
