After the closing, there were some documents that were incorrect. I have repeatedly asked for corrections and my emails go ignored. I cannot recommend this company due to the poor level of communication following the closing.

Appraisal vendors were both very poor. Telling the customer it’s a shame you don’t have a realtor was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Clearer communication. Our phone calls were never answered after we locked in our rate. Getting a call back took several days. Requests for clarity of terms went unanswered. A credit check was done on my boyfriend, who was not involved in the mortgage but lives with me, without his consent. Money was taken from my bank account without my consent, without explanation and it was a double charged fee that I already paid for during closing. Answer calls and texts. Educate me if an action is not your responsibility instead of keeping mum on a question posed. Don't show your frustrations with your clients because I am not schooled on Real Estate as much as you are.

There was sometimes I couldn't get ahold of kim. Then at one point I had to get her and my realtor on the phone because the two of them were apparently not talking.

Train Kim Shuey to be a professional, to not tell the customer she talks too much, and to not hang up on the customer. This company gave me the worst business transaction experience EVER. Not only would I not recommend it, I would tell everyone I know to stay away from it.
