Lowe s installed attic insulation in a mountain cabin we own. They kept us informed about job date, arrival time, and they showed up when they said they would, did a great job, and cleaned up after completing the job! We ve had other contractors who just failed to show and never communicated with us. This company has great customer service!! If you have insulation needs, call them you ll not regret it.

Everyone from sales to installation were great. All my questions were answered cheerfully. Installation was on schedule, clean up was thorough and the 2 man crew was respectful of my property. They showed pics as they went along and did little extras not on my bid. The day after we had blistering hot weather and I noticed a remarkable difference in the house - I am so much more comfortable and winter should be better too. Looking forward to lower electric bills.

Even with some confusion about the scope and size of the job, both the office staff - and especially the crew, did their best to adapt to our wishes and make the project a success. They worked hard and well, cleanup was excellent, and any questions were handled cheerfully without hesitation, both in our home and at their office. We had another bid for a fraction of the cost, but this company showed that their work was more valuable and professionally done. After the final payment we still have their cooperation.

I had a great experience with this company. They were always on time, kept in communication with me, and everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with. The consultant and the work crew were great to work with, I wasn't dreading their arrival and praying for them to hurry up and get finished as I have been with other projects I have had done around my home.
