They came they cleaned out the loose insulation. Left everything neat and clean. That's what I asked for.

since they waterproofed our basement, it's alittle hard to tell if it worked or not until it rains real good, but they did what they said, they were less expensive than their competitor and they did it all in 3 days ! they were great.

After driving all the way from Eugene to Portland and prepping, contractor located knob and tube wiring and could not complete the job. Full refund! I am amazed and thankful for their business practices. I will definitely use these folks again!
You won't know if the sound is reduced until your project is completed. In our case the sound was reduced not eliminated.
Very professional and thorough. I had my attic cleaned out and insulated in two days. Great workers that like their jobs and are company employees, not subs. I'm totally happy with the job they did.

The specific project completed on our home was to provide drainage, including a sump pump, in our crawl space and to replace the vapor barrier. Although our particular project was very difficult, including a clay surface below the old vapor barrier, the crew managed to prepare the drainage pipe ditch and lay perimeter drainage pipe. They labored with soil that was either too wet and therefore too sticky to work with a shovel, or soil that was too dry and almost rock hard. These guys mean what they say. Our previous contractor took us for a ride. These guys came in and showed what it means to be true professionals. They sealed everything and were on top of things like cleanup, detail and were genuinely concerned with doing the job right. Not just to industry standards but above and beyond!!!
