Nikki was an absolute rock star when it came to my x-rays. Very prepared for my notorious gag reflex. Got thru it with flying colors.
The doctors and dentists are all very knowledgeable about what they do, and they were able to put my mind at ease after not having been to the dentist in several years. They are also very aware of the limits of my insurance, and warned me before I was hitting my cap for the year so that we could come up with treatment plans that wouldn't break the bank. I am so excited to be apart of the Knollwood Dental Care Family! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and really listens to all your concerns. This was the best dental experience ever. Dr. Kim was very informative and answered all my questions. He took great care of my teeth. Diane was amazing also! She was very informative and took great care when taking xrays. Thank you Knollwood Dental for such wonderful care and great service. I will definately be back with my family.
I really think your office is wonderful! Your staff is efficient and friendly, your billing is the same, and the way you have the doctor come when they are available, then finish the cleaning is very smart. The only thing I suggest is adding a second office in Rochester Hills. 😃
