Avoid at all costs if you don't want illegit hidden charges. We have been propane customers since 27 years (Swensons until Koppy's bought them out). We got our tanks filled late winter, rarely used it and called in April to have the tanks removed since we are moving. No one told us of any charges. We find out today there is a hidden $100 fee to come get THEIR tanks that we had for 20 plus years and they said the tanks were returned with only 2 gallons left in the tanks which is not true because we did not use the tanks d... read more

We have had Koppys now for almost 3 years. Have always been pleased, even though we have been waiting on additional gas lines to be ran that were supposed to be done in 2024. Called us today just before 5p to cancel our appointment for Wednesday that we’ve been waiting on so we could have back up heat in case of emergency. We have three 120 gallon tanks with them and go through plenty of propane. I use to rave about Koppy's until recently. They are getting too big and not customer service oriented company anymore. Heidi that answered phone needs an attitude adjustment and to stop being so condescending to a knowledgeable customer.

I contacted Koppy’s Propane to install a new 100 gallon tank, Dynoglo and line in my basement. The technicians came and did a great job, 5 stars for them. The following week, a propane driver came and delivered 40.3 gallons of fuel to the wrong tanks when I requested 100 gallons of fuel in the tank behind my house. I only have three tanks, so it was a process of elimination. Mind you both tanks that he topped off were on 75%.
