Would never recommend Koppys to anyone. Brand new customer. First off I was quoted one price and when I was ready to fill up I was quoted. Higher price, BUUUTTTT that’s not the worst part. Not only did I have this lady calling me about filling up my propane tank when I didn’t want to, she has the gall to call my LANDLORD to complain. It didn’t matter that I hardly ever use my propane!!! I don’t cook and my heat ever goes below 65. NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. Left a detailed review on google. Were treated extremely poor especially since we were a customer of 20+years with Peters. (whom they took over wapwallopen location) Would not recommend.

RecommendedDo not recommend!!! I called and asked how much propane was per gallon and was told $3.89 then as a current customer they offered to match what another company quoted which is over a dollar per gallon less! So let’s talk about price gouging….after paying them over $1500. In 3 months at the end of the season I felt I needed to research a little more and so glad I did this season, they are picking up their tank and new company coming next week to set us up

I have only ever been filled up 1 time out of 4 fill ups. Every time they come to fill up what they do;the drivers always put down 0 to 75% when in fact they never put in 75% because otherwise I would always be filled up at 80 or well above 80. And when I confronted them about the false numbers the person on the phone lied to me and said it was correct because apparently 15% plus 75% doesn’t equal 90% but it apparently equals 75%. Soon getting ready to take business elsewhere.
