I contacted Koppy’s Propane to install a new 100 gallon tank, Dynoglo and line in my basement. The technicians came and did a great job, 5 stars for them. The following week, a propane driver came and delivered 40.3 gallons of fuel to the wrong tanks when I requested 100 gallons of fuel in the tank behind my house. I only have three tanks, so it was a process of elimination. Mind you both tanks that he topped off were on 75%. As a loyal customer for years, they take my money, but when I'm in an emergency situation, they can't service me.
