RecommendedI have used their service for 25 years and have never had an issue. They have always answered my questions and only had to contact them once regarding running out. They came the next morning since it was summer and was only using for hot water and cooking, I would recommend them to anyone.

RecommendedWe experienced an outage of our electric due to trees down. We called and got propane to run our generator thru the night. When we found out it would be another day until electric hopefully would be restored, Koppy’s stopped by again to top us off. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

RecommendedKoppys is so great to deal with. Due to the snow our alley was not accessible, which is where our propane tank is. Now with all the snow melted I said to my wife we need to contact them and have then fill the tank. We were out back and just happened to look at the tank and to our surprise we saw that the tank had been filled without us even contacting you. Thank you guys so much!

RecommendedWe have used Koppy's since 2016 and have always been pleased with their service. The staff in their Willamstown office was always pleasant and helpful, and they did a great job installing our gas fireplace logs. The last couple years we've been serviced out of their Carlisle office, and they are very good to work with also. Lou Ann at Carlisle is always cheerful, pleasant, and professional on the phone, and went the extra mile to help us with a recent delivery request. I highly recommend Koppy's.

RecommendedKoppy's customer service is absolutely fantastic! We were having issues with another company and Koppy's helped us work through the issues and answered our questions. The Carlisle Staff were amazing to work with and very knowledgable. They had a delivery to us less than 24 hours after we called to switch over to them and a service guy within a a few hours to fix an issue with our hookup. Thank you especially to Louann and Mikey, we are very happy to switch our propane service over to Koppy's.
