Better coordination by the staff. Less waiting time to get started. Less waiting time to be assigned an examination room. Less waiting time to see the doctor. Ensure that I can get a December 5, 2016 eye examination appointment with Dr. Richard Kresloff, so that my eligibility for insurance coverage/reimbursement in 2016 will not be forfeited. This was my first visit and everyone I met were pleasant and very helpful. From when I first arrived to when I left I felt very informed with every aspect of my visit. Thank you.
We arrived at 145pm for a 2pm appointment and left at 4pm! The office was packed and obviously over scheduled .
Very happy with the visit. Waiting room time is frustrating.
Wait time too long but otherwise very good
The waiting room was full when I arrived and I had to stand. I had to wait over 1/2 hour to be started. Too many appointments scheduled, too few doctors, I don't know.
I have been coming there for a long time and can't really complain about anything. It was nice that I could leave with my glasses and not have to leave them - that is nice.
The text reminders 7days and 2 days prior to my visit was great. Nice system.
Perhaps provide a better understanding of delays upon check in. I don't mind waiting, but my appointment time ran 1 hour and 15 minutes behind. The staff is great, Dr. Young is great. I have recommended several friends.
