Dr. Young has been the ophthamologist for my family for nearly 30 years. He is a caring and knowledgable physician and provides excellent service.
Too long a wait. I saw Dr.Young instead of Dr. Michael yesterday because I wanted to get new glasses before year end. Dr. Y said my prescription had not changed enough to warrant new glasses; yet new young optician said it had changed and tried to sell me new glasses! (I'll stick with current ones for another year, thanks.) Greatest disappointment was that I spent almost 3 hours in the office and was still so dilated when I left after dark, I was a menace on the highway. Great staff. I did not have to wait past my appointment time to be seen by Dr. Young. Everything that was done during my appointment was explained to me. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new eye doctor.

Had Michelle the optom tech do all the work up stuff before Dr. Michael came in and she was extremely professional, courteous and competent. She explained every test/procedure she was going to do and gave lots of verbal praise as each simple task was completed. Haven't been to the office in 10+ years and Dr. Michael will win a lots of loyal patients like his dad did. The assistant that took me back and did most of the exam was excellent. Very personable. The front desk has never been pleasant. I had to call back for a script for an ultrasound and the cyst that i needed to get scanned was not well explained to me. I did get a very good explanation from the person at wills eye. Ive been seeing dr young for 30+ years and completely trust him- just would have appreciated more info
Polite and friendly staff. This was an emergency appointment and I was pleased to be able to get a time slot on short notice.
It wasn't my first visit. My first visit was 2 years ago and it was pretty good.
