I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Kresloff for more than 36 years. He is a treasure. I and my family over the years have had nothing but outstanding service from him and the practice. I have and will continue to recommend the practice.
I was given a referral to see a retinal surgeon the next morning but was given the wrong address and no phone number for the appointment the next day. Seemed everyone was very busy trying to close shop. Appointment at 2:00pm..left office at 5:00pm. I appreciate emergencies arise as I was once one but this seemed a bit excessive.
I realize how busy the office can get I was there 3 hr and thought that was a little too long a wait, for a 10.00 o'clock appt didn't get out till almost 1.00 oclock!
everything was fine, no need to change anything at this time
I am very satisfied that with this practice I am receiving the best care in the region.
