Everything excellent. Waiting room very full. Maybe more seating. But overall a very pleasant visit as always

I tried to call the office because I was running a little late. I was put on hold for 7 minutes and then disconnected. I unsuccessfully tried to call back 2 more times. I felt bad that I could not get to a human being to explain my lateness. Once I got to the office, everyone was understanding and wonderful.
As in the past, my visit was excellent. I continue to appreciate the time that Dr. R. Kresloff takes to complete a thorough exam and fully explain the results in "patienteze," rather than in " eye doctoreze." Thank you Dr. Kresloff!

As in the past, my visit was excellent. Not only was Leslie knowledgeable of her tasks, she helped make it a fun visit as well. I have recommended two families that are now patients of the practice. As I am, both are very pleased with the thoroughness of the exam and the explanation of results of the visit by Dr. R. Kresloff.
Dr. Kresloff explained everything in a very clear manner. Everyone was professional. The technician who waited on me was both personable and professional.
