The service is always excellent.
During the examination for cataracts the patient must uncomfortably lean down into the apparatus. For a heavy person this places undue pressure on the upper torso, and head and eyeballs. Solution: raise the apparatus and the doctor's chair.
I have been a patient for thirty-plus years and have always been treated with excellent care. I travel from Ocean City, NJ for my appointments and do not think twice about the trip. Because I know that at the end of my journey I will receive the best eye care available in South Jersey.
The wait was to long, I arrived when I was asked to, 15 minutes before my appointment and I went back about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The frustrating part was people that came in after me went back before I did. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO.
The new system seems to be great, love it.

I think a better judgement would be made after everybody is comfortable with the new computer system.
