My waiting time was very long. I understood the new office system is making that delaying.
I have always been professionally and personally well treated.
From the time I made my appointment I found everyone to be very polite and professional.
Hello, My first visit was very satisfactory. Dr. Kresloff was excellent, explained everything very thoroughly. Office and staff were pleasant. I did have to wait a bit, but I got lost and was late.
I see no room for improvement. Friendly staff. Dr. R. Kresloff "walks on water" as far as I am concerned :)

Dr. Jasani saw me on an emergency basis. She was warm, friendly, and efficient. I had to call her again on Saturday when I was out of town and saw her again on Monday. Each time she was caring and took good care of me. Now the dilemma: she then put me down for a CE (which I understand is a refraction) to be sure the infection has not changed my vision. Your group is great from admin, to techs and Dr. Michael is just the best. Very thorough,takes his time, explains everything, willingly answers any questions. Very honest. And....LOVE THE KIDS ARTWORK!!!!
