Office used to be very home like, now too business like.People are very nice but not like the old timers were and I miss that.
The doctors and staff are always friendly, informative and helpful.
I'm under a doctor's supervision Kresloff more than 20 years. I am happy that he is watching my vision. But I must mention that the qualification of new staff is not as good as the old which is unfortunately no longer work.

I travel. Scheduling can be a challenge. Recently, I briefly lost vision in one eye. I tried to have it imaged at the time, but the facility was swamped and I left without being seen after a couple of hours of waiting during which my vision returned. Since then, I've meant to see an Ophthalmologist, but my schedule has prevented it. I explained all of this to Marisol after she told me I'd have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. The Dr . was very reassuring.
Denise at the front desk was so helpful and so pleasant to work with. She knew exactly what she was doing. Dr. Kresloff is an amazing doctor and I am so happy we picked him. I had 3 other eye doctor appts scheduled along with this one. I canceled them ALL and we decided to go with him.
The staff is kind and compassionate, Dr Kresloff is informative and considerate.
