Did not recognize any of the new staff. The new staff did not appear to be very friendly. Almost robotic.They were not rude but not real engaging either.
I was taken back to room almost immediately, however had to wait for Dr Kresloff to finish with previous patients.. No worries, worth waiting for!
It was nice having another of your doctors take care of my eye emergency. She was fantastic and explained things thoroughly.

Too long of a wait the waiting room. My appointment was for 9:30am and I did not go in until 10:35

I only wish you had more available appts. for fitting new contacts. My daughter has to wait a very long time to get in there.
My vision exam using the eye chart was taken after my eyes were dilated. Everything appeared blurry due to the dilation. Is this normal procedure... I don't recall the blurriness during chart exam previously.
