Sorry, I can't think of anything that would have made my visit better. Dr. Richard Kresloff is a wonderful doctor.
Do not see any need for changes....always professional and caring
My doctor was amazing. The other doctors I saw for my issue never took the time to do a thorough exam like he did. I felt like he really cared. I will recommend everyone to see him!!!
I felt as though Dr. Kresloff was extremely thorough. I've been through a few eye doctors and I always feel like I am rushed in and out. I didn't feel that way with Dr. Kresloff. My only suggestion for improvement is with regards to the process for ordering contacts. When I finished my appointment I was told I could call their "contact" hotline. I would have preferred to address this while I was at the office.
I am very happy with Dr. Richard. He explains things very clearly and always puts me at ease while I am in the office. The ladies in the front office and the techs were all very nice.
Your assistant, Leslie, was excellent. I appreciated that Dr. Kresloff apologized for the longer wait due to the new system and commented that he knew my time was important also. The only thing I would like (and know I could ask for but didn't want it to be a bother, so I didn't insist) would be to receive a paper with the results of my exam after each visit. Example: what my diagnosis is, vision (I forgot to ask), etc. At my primary, I receive a report like this each time after they enter notes in the computer. I would like... read more
New computer system slowed the normally efficient operation, but the personnel dealt with it admirably.
I believe I had to wait 10 minutes or less. Everyone was great, helpful & very patient.
I really appreciate being able to schedule so promptly when I identified my issue. Thank you
