It is hard to get through on the phone when the office is busy. Front desk people have too much to handle.
My second visit. Completed visual field test first. Team was friendly. Dr. Young reviewed records from my previous doctor. Explained his TX plan for my left eye glaucoma. Also, explained preventive TX he wanted to start for right eye. Encouraged me to ask questions. Helpful info brochures were available in waiting area.
Dr. Kresloff has been my doctor for many years. I have always been satisfied with the time he spends with me and his efforts to extend to me his understanding of my vision. I was happy that Dr. Young could see me in an emergency (and help me by telephone the night before).
Have been seeing Dr. Richard Kresloff for many years. He is the best!!!
I love Dr. Kresloff. He is very informative and asks questions and waits while I ask him. When I leave I feel that everything is fine.
