No changes. The visit was fine, even with new computer system the visit went smooth.
My appointment was at 9:45 I arrived at 9:30.i waited to be called in for an hour,then I was sent to three different rooms,after which I saw the doctor,it was now 11:00. I wanted to know if my vision would be clearer if I switched to soft contacts.I had an eye exam in April. The doctor,as usual was excellent...but seeing him was a total of 7 minutes...then I had to wait my turn to hand in me papers.The total visit was two hours!!
Dr. R. Kresloff gave me a comprehensive exam and a fulll and patient explanation of my eye condition. However, I have some concerns about the technician. She gave me no feedback on my reading of letters on the eye chart.
There's not much to say. Everything was handled in a very professional way and everything was explained to me very well. The nurse that put drops in my eye was very nice and performed her functions to perfection. I am pleased with everything.

My appointment time was 3pm. I was not taken back until 4:45. I was moved five times, from one location to another. I didn't leave until 6:45. Everyone who worked with me was excellent, but the wait and struggle with the new computer system was prolonged and frustrating. My daughter in law was in the office the week before and had the identical experience, with her seriously ill mother. I understand these transitions are difficult but the staff needs to work it out without inconveniencing patients to this extent.
