It was an hour from my appt time before I saw the doctor (about 35 minutes in waiting room including time to do insurance info & copay). If it was know you were running behind, a text could have allowed me to come at 4:15 vs. 4pm for my appt. Other than that, the doctor was very knowledgeable and personable and talked to me in a great way.

Dr. Young knows my situation regarding my eyesight and has helped my with many situations with my eyes. The woman who waited on me was very helpful and attentive. It was a good experience.

I spoke to a friend who had gone for her yearly eye exam at a different practice and she said they didn't have to have her pupils dilated, making the drive some much more comfortable. Is this new technologies? Always a pleasant experience seeing Dr. Young. We've been coming for about 20 years

Dr. Young makes me feel very confident regarding my eyes and vision. The office staff is very busy, nice and appears to be efficient. I would prefer my script for my glasses be given to me at your desk and not the Opticians desk. It implies that is where you must purchase glasses. I find them very expensive.
