Doctor and entire staff were professional and knowledgeable.
We signed in with a friendly greeting. We were both assigned to a staff person to check in. I did have to ask about the copay as I thought preventive was zero copay. They agreed to wait for the insurance EOB and pay later if required. Nice atmosphere in the waiting room. Others came in and you could tell they don't overbook by the volume of people entering and leaving. The doctor was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and professional
I was a happy camper when my visit was completed. My concerns were addressed and I valued the suggestions which were made for my benefit.
I had my annual visit. I was seen promptly for my exam. The doctor thoroughly discuss my condition an options. Everything went smoothly and quickly.
As always, Dr's Michael and Richard are the best Ophthalmologists around - period. I wouldn't trust my Wife's or my Parents eyes with anyone else. Staff however is another story. Specifically: whoever is booking the appointments. 15 minutes between appointments is "overbooking". I'm always on time for my appointment but always, ALWAYS have to wait 30 to 60 minutes after the appointment time to get in. For this visit, appointment was 1415. I was escorted in for exam at 1500. Was perfect from the front Desk to Dr. Michael Kresloff...I was a first time patient and walked away very happy that I made the change....would definitely reccomend this practice
Leslie was very kind and friendly. She was very professional and put me at ease throughout the preliminary process. Dr. M. Kresloff is always welcoming, thorough and caring. I always appreciate his long-term view to my vision health. Each person I encountered was kind and professional.
Dr. Jasani is great. Very thourough. I have recommended 3 patients to her and have all been happy. Colleen the nurse was thourough as well.
