Kris Gonzales worked with us during a very stressful time. She helped to make our dream home a reality. Kris is extremely organized and comes up with ways to make things work. She was always available to help us and answer questions even when she was on vacation. She helped us a few times in the past with refis and everything went off without a hitch. Very helpful and cooperative service, ensuring that everything went smoothly and the loan got set up with the options we prefer. (We avoid escrowing any of the insurance/tax stuff, which seems to be a minority preference.)

Kris really helped my family to relocate out of the Bay Area. During the stressful times she helped put us at ease.
