Kris really helped my family to relocate out of the Bay Area. During the stressful times she helped put us at ease. We got out beautiful home and in the end it was because of her knowledge and persistence that we were able to do this. I think the experience would have been much different with anyone else. Kris was extremely helpful every step of the way and would always take the time to explain the process to me whenever I didn’t understand something.
Working with Kris was awesome. At every step, she let me know exactly what was needed from me, in a low-stress way via text, my preferred form of communication. She also did a great job at securing me a good rate, and in explaining timelines to me. For example, she always gave me a heads up about some necessary documentation, but would also tell me if it was required right away or later in the process. I've never done a home loan so easily and with so little scrambling.
Kris is a wonder - very responsive, willing to provide explanations, walks one through the entire process, full disclosure. This is the third re-fi I've done with her and should the opportunity arise again, she will be the first person I call.
