Kristen and her team at Guaranteed Rate were total pros and super awesome to work with. Kristen helped me with refinancing and it was super easy ! After I refinanced I found out I am being forced to get a sidewalk, curb and gutter which is not cheap! Kristen reviewed my paperwork and is helping me with the escrow portion of the sidewalk bill! Kristen is very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. I highly recommend using Kristen!

Kristen and team were easy to do business with! From initial application to close, they answered all questions and moved through the process as expeditiously as possible. In this environment, a "quick" close can be a challenge and things happen after core business hours. She got me a solid rate and made herself available at a moments notice to answer questions, make adjustments and help to get to close as quickly as possible! EASY and we even closed early (~30 days total)!
