This was our second time buying a home and Kristen was great throughout the entire process. She worked quickly, was always available for questions and answers, and followed through with next steps. Kristen was great to work with as a lender! For my for first time buying a home, I thought I had a good grasp on what I would expect in the process. Turns out I did not hahaha. Kristen was fantastic to work with in terms of doing what she could in regards to my home appraisal, helping me understand all the documents, all the things I needed to sign, etc. I could tell she cared about me as a person as well as working to help me buy a home.

I have worked with my realtor over the years buying and selling properties and my realtor recommended I contact Kristen as my lender as she does some pretty amazing work in her field. We had a unique situation where we had just started looking at houses and found our dream house. Unfortunately, there was going to be another offer placed and we hadn't found a lender. Well, Kristen answered our call on a Saturday and got us through all the necessary paperwork, got us pre-qualified and made sure we were able to put an offer on our dream home.
