I was a first time buyer and didn’t know much about anything to buy house. Kristin was very helpful in many ways explained in detail of what each terminology meant. I never felt uncomfortable about the process of buying the house because of her willingness to help. Kristin is very knowledgeable, supportive, professional and reliable. The best decision I made was to contact Kristin Abouelata for a home mortgage. Moving from Illinois to Tennessee was challenging enough, but we only had 3 weeks to line up our mortgage. Kristin was professional, smart and hardworking - and with the help of her team not only made that deadline - she found us an incredible deal on our mortgage. Kristin made it incredibly easy for my wife and I to obtain the complicated renovation financing we needed to buy a fixer/upper and "flip" the house with a General Contractor prior to rolling it into a conventional mortgage. Without Kristin's resources and expertise, we wouldn't have known how to pull it off. Her team is as professional as they are knowledgeable and responsive.
