Kristin, Joan and her team made the entire loan process so easy from pre-approval to closing. Not only did she give us plenty of guidance on what was needed, she also kept us informed weekly when things were quiet about how everything was progressing. She made the whole process so easy even during a pandemic! She even gave us a gift for our home after closing!
