Kristin and her team are everything you want in a group when you are looking for a mortgage - professional, knowledgeable, timely. While I hadn't secured a mortgage in over 20 years, I found the process she used better organized, better communicated and in the end, the outcome was EXACTLY what I hoped for. I don't have space to brag on all the details but the high level of service she provided started with the qualification letter and continued all the way to the closing. No hiccups, no oops, no surprises!

Working with Kristin through the THDA process was great. She was always prompt in her communication and what was needed. One thing to note is Mortgage Investor's Group has a very high loan origination fee for THDA loans. It worked out for my family, but contributed significantly to closing costs.
