Communication was great the first interaction. After running my credit and we discussed what needed to be done she fell off with communication. She was supposed to repull my credit this week and had failed to do so it’s Friday. I reached out this morning 9 am it’s now 4 pm and nothing. I call and my calls go directly to voicemail. I call from another number and it rings. I am assuming I have been blocked but that is fine. I was referred to her however I do not recommend working with Kristi.

I felt that at times communication was not great. With me or among their team. I was often asked for the same documents and information from multiple people. I also found it hard to get ahold of people when I had questions. Other than that, the process went fairly smoothly.

The problem I have with my entire process is I chose to use a different person with the same company. Some where within my process, Kristy came into the picture and from my understanding took over my loan. I was never introduced to her, never inform she was my primary lender. My initial communication and all other communication was with the person I chose from a referral. From a customer service perspective, I feel that was not the right thing to do and this needs to improve.
