Justin was extremely professional and very attentive to our needs. He explained everything in detail and I never felt like I was in the dark. The depth and breadth of his knowledge of the buyer/seller processes was worth every cent. He was prompt and minimized superfluous paperwork. He mitigated relations between all parties like a pro. I don't even know where to start...the hardest working, most knowledgeable broker I've ever encountered. Justin helped me sell and buy--simultaneously--and did both jobs with expertise, handling big details and small ones. What broker can do two half-million dollar deals at the same time and still have time for things like helping with clean-up and reminding me when trash day is?
