Justin is about as good as it gets as far as Realtors go, and I couldn't recommend him more highly to represent buyers or sellers. We were buying our first home in Lake Balboa, Justin's main area and where he is an expert. The sellers? were truly aweful self-centered people that made the transaction very difficult for us, and in the end they left a HUGE pile of their junk and trash against the outside of our house for us to deal with the day we got our keys. When I initially met Justin, he walked me through the entire paperwork process. It was extremely helpful to have a review of the processes when I was calm and not focused on "this place I have to have." Justin took the time to get to know me, so he could show me the most appropriate places to suit my needs. As with any home purchase, there were some small setbacks. Justin handled these with grace and would periodically update me, even if there was no information at the time but to let me know we were "still waiting to hear."

We had a fantastic experience withJustin. He was never pushy which was very key to us. He was extremely patience throughout the entire process. He asked a lot of question to understand the key factors that were important to us. He made himself available for multiple showing per week both weekdays and weekends.
